SPA ETIQUETTE / TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Our therapists and services are allocated specifically for your appointment time and treatment therefore to make an appointment we kindly ask for either a gift certificate number or credit card details to secure the booking.  Please note the gift certificate must cover 100% of the booking fee.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:
Revive have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  In the event of any unforeseen event you are not able to make the booking, cancel, do not show up on the day of the appointment or need to reschedule the appointment within 24-hours prior to your appointment we will redeem 100% of the gift certificate value or charge the entire cost of your treatment to your credit card. By advising your gift certificate number or credit card detail you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

GROUP BOOKINGS:
Any group of 3 or more requires a deposit of 50% of the total groups fee, at time of booking. (Please refer to the group cancellation policy.)

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
A group cancellation must be made no less than 14 days in advance of the original booking.

Group bookings cancelled within 7 days of the original booking date will result in a forfeit of the total deposit – this may be waived only in the event that we are able to fill the cancelled time slot.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Certificates are redeemable only on services. Gift Certificates are valid for a strict 12 months from the date of purchase.  Expired vouchers hold no value. Please quote the gift certificate number when booking.   (Please refer Booking Cancellation Policy). There are no refunds on gift certificates purchased.                         

HEALTH FUND REBATES:
Not all therapists are accredited with all health funds so if you require a health fund receipt we require advance notice. Please enquire at time of booking.

SAUNA BOOKINGS:
For Sauna bookings guests must bring their own towel and swim wear must be worn.

ARRIVALS:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment in order to register and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals are not guaranteed an extension of time to deliver the full service of the original booking and will still be charged in full.

WARDROBE AND BELONGINGS:
No specific attire is needed so you may wear what you wish upon your arrival. Robes and slippers are provided in the locker rooms for your comfort. Revive Urban Health Retreat is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.  

PREGNANCY:
We recommend that you wait until your second trimester to enjoy massage and body therapies and there will be some spa therapies that you will not be able to experience during your pregnancy, however you can relax and enjoy skin therapies and hand and foot therapies at any time during your pregnancy. Please inform reception upon your time of booking regarding your pregnancy. We are happy to advise you on suitable treatments for you during this special time.

CHILDREN POLICY/ AGE RESTRICTIONS: 
All guests utilising the facilities and having treatments at Revive must be over the minimum age requirement of 12 years.

If a child under the age of 18 years is receiving a treatment they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their treatment. Unattended children are not permitted in Revive Urban Health Retreat at any time.  

Guests of Revive are able to access our Active Kids Club.  Casual visits are $5 per child for 2 hours of child minding. All bookings must be made in advance with the appropriate forms completed for each child and their current immunization records must be presented. Socks must be worn on play equipment and snacks of fruit and water only are allowed. Bottled milk for babies only is also allowed.

MISCELLANEOUS:
To ensure that all of our guests enjoy a tranquil experience we request that noise is kept to a minimum. Mobile phones should be turned to silent or turned off before you enter the Spa.  Smoking is prohibited.

Please avoid the consumption of alcohol prior to your treatment or we reserve the right to refuse treatment.

Please inform us at time of booking of any disabilities/special needs/requests you may have so we can make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
